Jai Gandhi, a psychiatry resident in Seattle, started his own radio show to discuss South Asian mental health.
Jai talks to us about the good and bad of the show, and what he learned about sharing stories with South Asians.
We’ll also hear some of his thoughts on stigma and mental health care.
With our MannMukti podcast series, we aim to connect our listeners with mental health professionals as well as those with lived experiences of mental illness.
